Issues i am having since before update Phone freezes browsing or the selecting contacts seems like its out of mem and i do have 8gb card with nothing on it. after update ringtones won't set, and stay set. Phone freezes making calls and calls number but can't hear other end. turning off mobile web helps this and usually doin a battery pull works for one or two calls.

Search around in the Eris forums.. HTC Droid Eris - Android Forums all those bugs are discussed quite a bit.. In short though.. I did a factory reset and it helped quite a bit.. But beware.. the market is messed up right now and you may not be able to get all your apps back if you do the factory reset..
