I have the insurance, im still only paying the 5 bucks a month since i have had it for YEARS. Let me tell you, unless you are extremely clumsy with your things, the insurance is a waste of cash. I think about how many years ive had it and never needed it. If i break my phone ill just buy a new one.

They will send you a refurbished phone or something similar if they dont have them in stock. I dropped my BB in the dogs water dish rushing to get out one morning and there ya go. They didnt have any curves to send me, so i got a bold, brand new. Now that bold is dying and im upgrading this week sometime.
