Root [Verizon] Loading music on a rooted/Jellybean/CM10rom

Hello. I am having trouble loading music on my internal storage. My phone seems to have problems communicating with Kies. Can I go into My Computer and select my phone. Then drag and drop my music file in there? Kies just wants to keep fighting me. Keeps throwing me an error then when i troubleshoot it wants to bring in the drivers. Drivers are there. I have followed all procedures. Do I have to load music on an SD card only?(Rooted/Jellybean/CM10rom Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 32Gig.)

This would likely fall under the advice given in your two other threads: run stock ROM for a while to see how the S3 normally works/ensure things are working normally.

Have you verified Kies works with CM10? Additionally, posting the actual error message and precisely what you did would help eliminate guesswork.

Please understand that I am being told by the people that did this work to my phone that this is a simple thing. But yet when I called samsung they said that my phone is defective. To send it in for repair. But seeing that this phone has all of this stuff done to it. Little hard to do that. So my question is to you? How do i take this back to stock and keep my flash seeing that I never installed any of this on my phone?Do you have a link or directions? I really thought when I sent them my phone that i would have the factory stuff but flashed. Not Jellybean/CM10/Rooted and not able to load music or to receive MMS. I can send MMS. Or showing of accurate signal strength. Loading music is usally easy. Any help would be appreciated. Anyone want to trade???? What is the benifits of doing all of that to a phone? How do I verify if Kies is working with CM10? Does not look like it to me. I get conection error. I select troubleshoot error and it seems to want to keep reloading drivers. After giving me the green check marks and says sucessly installed it comes up with a box to restart now or restart later. I select restart now. After resart is completed. I bring Kies back up. same error reapeted. I have even deleted all of Kies and re downloaded it into my PC. I was asked by the company that did my phone why I was even messing with Kies. Very confused. Sorry

Ask whoever put CM10 on your phone to put it back to stock or read the sticky.
Read the CM10 notes/instructions/discussion to see what's working and what isn't.

hook the phone up to your computer and do a drag & drop of the files you want to the music folder or make a new folder.

i'm running cm10 with no problems.

What company did what to your phone? What did you want them to do? What do you want out of your phone?

I wouldn't think that Kies would work with CM10. Just hook it up to your computer, goto my computer, select Samsung Phone and drag/drop your music folder there.

ST on my Verizon Galaxy S3. Never activated. Thought it would be just the same as far as what was on it when I purchased it. Brand new. But flashed to ST. Did not realize that all of this had to be done. I feel that it would not be right to give the name of the company. I feel that they do know what they are doing. But dissappointed in the outcome. They are well known for their flashing. They are well known on the internet. I had to send it away. Was just looking for my S3 on St verizon network. Not all the custom stuff that had to be done. I just don't understand that my son has an Verizon samsung smartphone ( Not an S3) and he is getting better signal then me on my S3 and holding them right next to each other. Both of ours running Jeallybean. He has rooted his. So I guess i was excpecting on my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 was a stock phone whith the flash. I did get the music done.
