Are we surprised by this...I mean really ? Just curious what your thoughts are on this topic. :idea:

This is the exact reason why I didn't go in & opt out myself. My mean who is going to check behind Verizon to see if you truly are opted out ? , the FCC :rofl:

Everything monitors everything..all of these companies have their ways...google,vzw,fb,twitter,yahoo...all of them.

Opted out. And yeah, who knows if you are truely out, but that's just a stupid reason to stay opted in if you ask me. Opt out, then if it comes out later that they are still collecting your info, you have a leg to stand on. Otherwise, if you stay opted in, you are telling them its perfectly ok to collect your information that they get from your expensive data contract, and then turn around and sell that information without reducing the cost of your data plan in the exchange.
