Help Verizon Note 3 on Tmobile

Im using the factory unlocked Verizon Note 3 on Tmobile. The phone works normally. The problem i have is when i call customer services of any company lets say Ebay, the automated option requires me to use the keypad. However, the keypad doesn't work when i enter the required option ( 1 for this and 2 for that or enter the phone # associated with account ect..) or dialing #1 to get to my voice mail does not work.


Anyone know how i can fix this ?

Hopefully you have found an answer by now but you have to dig into the menus (calling or dialing) and set up the DTMP so that it reads LONG instead of SHORT
