I'm listing as a tip, because I've gotten it to work again.
VZ is telling my devices that FoxFi hotspot is not in range, when it clearly is, with a strong 4GLTE connection on phone. I get one device to connect, but seconds later it's booted out. All the while, FoxFi shows active in notification bar, with even a connection. Then the connection fails.
Hotspot still shows active, and devices can't find it with a scan, or as above, says it is not in range. When it's 2 inches away.
When they killed it last month, I changed the name of my hotspot, and it worked until now. I've changed the name again. And it works again. For now...
