Michiganders, I need your help on this one. I've previously had AT&T before, twice and the second time around their data was awful. I had the Samsung Galaxy S 2 and only had good service when I was near a wi-fi source.
Though, their voice network was an upgrade from 2008 when I had signed up with them. No complains there, and certainly no dropped calls either.
But, now both carriers have 4G LTE - which is a HUGE concern for me. Which carrier offers the better 4G LTE speeds and connection? Verizon is too expensive with their shared plan and it bothers me that they force you to choose this plan only.
But I can't go back to AT&T because I had too many issues with the SGS 2 and got out of my contract with them. All I did was, pay my bill of $68.00 and that was that. No early termination fee was charged.
Also, does using 4G LTE eat up more data than using standard 4G? Will I go though my data quicker if I use 4G LTE, is what I'm asking?
I use data mainly for internet, email, games and apps (not a heavy user), facebook, and other petty stuff like uploading pics and creating ringtones.
