Root [Verizon] OTA Update to I535VRUCNC1 - Lost ROOT. How do I get it back?

I have a Verizon S3 (SCH-I535) on android 4.3 that was rooted on version I535VRUCML1.

Verizon just pushed an OTA update to version I535VRUCNC1

I lost Root in the process. How do I get it back? Is there a root method for this version?

Or do I have to go back to ML1 and re-root? (if so, how)

-Bob

I'm not familiar with what that update entails, but are you still on 4.3?
What root method did you use to root initially?
Did you have a custom recovery before the update? (I'm guessing no because the update "took")

I couldn't find a workable solution. So I ended up going back to I535VRUCML1 stock firmware. Then Re-rooted again from there. Seems I'm back with root on ML1 which is good enough. Don't think the NC1 release has anything important anyway.

I might not be up to par with this forum but the same issue happened with me, I updated firmware through Keyes and lost my root, all I did was use odin 3.7 and got the original 4.3 Rom off of samsmobile.com and installed it, after that I used oneclickroot and voila! Back to normal! Best of luck mate
