Verizon PRL not updating

Does anyone know what the latest Verizon PRL version is? I don't think that the phone model matters, but if it does, I have an original Droid Incredible. I've done *228 several times, but I still have PRL version 40083.

I have a Droid X and my PRL version is 52363.

That may be the current PRL for some of the old Alltel plans.
