Verizon has been having a real problem with their cloud.
I was told they have been working on it for several months.
Signing into my account my cloud will not show me anything backed up and gives false info on some items. Says I have 3700+ messages not possible. So I am stuck,
I factory reset and with their help, they were able to force my contacts to restore but nothing else works. It also doesn't restore all contacts.
