Root [Verizon] Question regarding "Fast Charge" setting

I use the 'fast charge' setting during the day and 'normal' setting overnight. I sometimes forget to change the fast charge to normal before going to bed adn leaving the device on the charger all night. Does this do any harm to *anything*?

I am running the Zeus Kernel v5 w/Pegasus/cfq

That is the widget! Usually the wall charger...

You don't need to use the fast charge when using a wall charger.

The fastcharge is for USB ports to fool it into thinking that the phone is plugged into the wall. It will allow the full 1 amp charge when plugged into the computer.

When fastcharge is enabled, your files will not be accessible on the computer...just keep that in mind.

Does that make sense?
