Verizon Return/Exchange Policy

Newbie
I am horribly stuck between M8 and S5. (Basically Touchwiz vs. Sense.)
What is the return policy with VZ? I think the only way I'll know is if I try both phones.

IIRC, you have 14 days to switch to something else.

You have 30 days to buy protection insurance ( I won't)

The S5 is the better phone, so if you have that one.... just learn to use it.
I have the S5 and the learning curve is a lot steeper than on my old 'S' model.

From the Verizon Return Policy page:

You may return or exchange wireless devices and accessories purchased from Verizon Wireless within 14 days of purchase. A restocking fee of $35 ($70 for netbooks and tablets) applies to any return or exchange of a wireless device (excluding Hawaii). This return and exchange policy does not apply to customers who have purchased a Prepaid Plan.

Exchange New Merchandise
You are permitted to make one exchange. To make an exchange, return the merchandise (including device, charger, battery, instructions, and any other components) in the ORIGINAL box. All merchandise must be in like–new condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Shipping charges may apply to exchange merchandise sent to you by Verizon Wireless.
Source.

As stated by others, 14 days to try, Plus $35 restocking fee. However you don't get to try out both phones then decide. You get the first one, if you don't like it, return it for the other and then your out of options.
