Verizon return policy?

I don't know if this is the right place for this thread (if not, by all means switch it to the right forum), but I just got a fascinate on the 21st of november and don't really like it. It works fine, but I just don't like certain things about it.
They told me it'll be 30$ to do something (return or exchange?) I can't really remember.
I really hope it's to return, because I got this because I didn't want to wait for the DINC HD, but I don't think this phone was worth it.

I'm wondering if I were to return the phone, if it does cost 30$, and is it an exchange or a full money return?

If you keep the phone for over 3 days, there's a $35 restocking fee. That's charged for exchanges or returns. If you return it, you'll get a refund of your purchase price.
