Root [Verizon] S3 4.4.2 softbricked need firmware...I think!

I had my phone on Kitkat 4,4,2 and rooted with towel root. however when I ran a rom manager, the phone rebooted and came up to a triange that said something about unathorized software, take it to verizon. I am now able to get it to boot to the verizon logo and no further. I can't get to the recovery screen, (that is where the triangle..unathorized software warning is). I can get the the other screen so I think I may be able to use Odin.
but I can't find files to use with odin to take the phone back to stock KitKat. This is a verizon sch-I535 SGS3 stock Kitkat, no custom rom.

What about finding a file for 4.3? That is the version that the locked bootloader came on.
I know you cannot go lower than 4.3 for sure, but I'm just wondering if you can go to 4.3 (from 4.4)?

completed the load. said "Passed" but will still not get past the verizon sign.

Correction, I was able to get into the Recovery screen, did a wipe and factory reset twice, cleared all cache and rebooted. it is now back up.currently loading all my appps. Looking good. Thanks Mkestoney.
