Verizon S6 - Slow Connectivity since Marshmallow 6.0.1

Since I've installed Marshmallow on my Verizon Galaxy S6, my connectivity is horrible. Where I used to get 4G connectivity, my data now slows to a crawl. This is an issue with Wifi and regular 4G. Sometimes I can't connect at all.

I've cleared the cache, but short of reformatting, any ideas on how to get the previous speeds back?
