Verizon S6 unlocked?

OK,
Can I throw a boost or other carrier sim in the s6 will it work? I read somewhere that all verizon phones are unlocked. Would I need to mess with APN settings?

Changeable APN settings typically apply to GSM networks.

I think that you're going to have to have Boost recognize it on BYO sort of thing.

Do you know if I am correct. The Verizon S6 is sim unlocked? Not sure I could just throw a straight talk nano sim in it and it would work? Do I have to unlock the S6? I would try my boost sim in it but its micro, not nano.

As far as I recall, the top end Verizon phones are world phones and aren't GSM sim locked, Straight Talk byop is here -

Boost is a Sprint subsidiary, sim cards in Boost phones are for LTE only, and won't work without Boost CDMA access first.
