Verizon Samsung note 2 autodial function Missing from jellybean 4.3 Upgrade

Yesterday, Verizon downloaded jellybean 4.3 to my smart phone. I checked th thee additional functions I would get. One of them was a dial pad auto complete function. From what I learned, you went to the phone pad and then to settings and clicked "dial pad auto complete."

My phone still has the old dial pad. That setting is not included it in.

Any thoughts?
