Root [Verizon] Screwed?

So after flashing a new ROM I was stuck in a boot loop so I pulled the battery, entered recovery and was going to restore to my last stable save, BUT for some unknown reason all of a sudden my sd card isn't being read. I'm obviously now stuck in recovery, is there anything I can do?

I'm on my phone so I'll try my best here...pull bettery...take out the sd card, put in computer..perhaps format it if you computer cannot read it....download Rom to sd card..out sd card back in phone..boot into recovery...flash Rom

Thanks haha common sense finally hit me and that's what I did. I think what happened was I plugged my phone into my computer while running Ubuntu, it went crazy, couldn't load drivers and must have corrupted some of my SD card somehow.

Wow . . . I was just about to post about having the sg3 hooked up to the pc. About a month ago, My phone would not communicate with my pc. Never tried it on my laptop as a means to diagnose whether it was the phone or the pc causing the issue. What I eventually did was remove the battery, sd Card & sim card, & rebooted (the phone) & all was good after that.

Well, 2 hours ago, I rebooted my pc, & suddenly, I lost my sound device, windows explorer crashed to the point where I couldn`t open control panel, & the start button was non-functional (windows xp sp3). After 3 reboots, still no dice. Then, it dawned on me that all these pc reboots happened with the phone hooked up to the pc via the usb cable. I disonnected, re-booted the pc & . . . how bout it . . . PERFECT !!

Wow.

Moral of the story . . . (at least for me) Do not re-boot your pc with an active connection to your galaxy SG3 . . .

Haha not fun huh? Lucky for you everything turned out ok. I've spent all day factory resetting my laptop and unrooting my phone. I am just not finishing the unroot...horrible horrible Thursday haha.

So you were not able to load recovery files onto your sd card directly from The pc ? Maybe the sd card is bad. I would try another sd card . . . Load the files you need onto it & try recovering from that
