Root [Verizon] Softkeys settings?

I would like to know if there is a setting that let's me make my softkeys centered and not to the right :confused:
 
I'm not sure I follow you? Are you talking about the "menu" and "back" button softkeys?
Or are you running a rom that allows for the use of on-screen menu/home/back buttons?
