Verizon suit over postpaid account charges

A new class action lawsuit against Verizon reveals an "Administrative charge" on postpaid accounts. I checked my bill's details and found this $1.95 charge - not on each account, but on each LINE!

I hate Verizon but stay with them because I have an unbeatable grandfathered family plan and the lines are scattered all over. It would be difficult to get everyone switched to something else even if I could find a better deal.
Jerk #@&*+!$ though. Hate them.

I'm already part of one class action against Verizon for their sharing personal data without user consent (or even notification). So here's another one.

I would jump ship in a heartbeat except they're the only carrier in the area for reliable voice and data...

I presume you've already read and agreed with Verizon's ToS when using their service.
