I just upgraded my phone so I dont need this one anymore. It's running Windows Mobile 6.5 right now, stock Verizon Rom. It also has a LOT of support on forums like xda-developers and ppcgeeks. Some custom ROM's, ability to run Android, etc.
Details: I had a problem with the phone (screen bubbled some), so I got a replacement shipped to me. This is the replacement phone. It is "factory refurbished", so it went through all the testing and whatnot, however it's not a brand new in box phone.
The actual phone has 0 scratches on it. The thing looks brand new, I have kept the plastic on it since they shipped it to me. When I went to the store I found out I was eligable for an upgrade, so I did the replacement so I could sell this phone and then bought a new one, which is why this one is brand new with 0 scratches.
The back plate/cover does have a broken off piece. It does not affect the phone in any way. The cover still stays on just fine, no issues there, I just want to have full disclosure for you. The cover is scratched some, the pictures should show that it's in good condition though. If the crack really bothers you, a new cover is like $10 shipped on ebay or something like that.
The "bad": The little water sticker on the battery is red. I was swapping batteries back and forth between my wifes phone and mine for troubleshooting one time and my sweaty palms messed up the sticker :S It's in perfect condition, just blame the Texas heat.
