Would anyone like to purchase my unlimited data plan for 200. The upgrade date is on february 3, 2013. I'm thinking of switching carriers and I know someone would rather have this than me just cancel it. Please respond ASAP.

Would that even work? I don't believe you can "sell" an account. An account is tied to an individual, which IRRC, includes both a SSN and a credit check.

Yes they would have to do a credit check and or add a line to there account.
