Help Verizon Ver. Stuck in Bootloader

My GF woke up to her phone being in this state the other morning. She and I have never messed with it, its just been used normally. But now its stuck booting to the bootloader. The buttons seem to work fine. No option seems to do anything meaningful including factory reset. I tried a random RUU video and that didn't work so now I'm hoping for some one-on-one assistance. Thanks for your time.
