It was terribly slow yesterday.

Slow today, but nothing like yesterday.

That has not been my experience, although I've seen it slower during peak usage times during the day.

yes! It says I'm logged in but doesn't recognize me. "Welcome _________!" reads the text. WTF.

Try clearing cookies in your browser, then reboot, then try the site again (be sure to accept the new cookies offered ).

i was on it last night to pay my bill
took 3 tries to login

for a major company they have alot of server issues
