Verizon Wireless 300 MB, $20 per Month Data Plan?

I am thinking of the possibility of getting this plan for my mother since she is eligible for an upgrade. She currently uses a LG Voyager on the $9.99/75 MB plan and has never used data. I know that she will probably take advantage of web browser and email if I upgrade her to a Motorola Droid 3. Do you think it would be safe to get that data plan? I think I won't get the Stratosphere for her since its 4G and it would burn through data more.. Thanks

meh...don't get the d3...that stratosphere is a pretty solid phone from what I've seen and for the price you can't beat it. As far as the usage, thats all up to the consumer. You can change the plan at any time and any new phone would have the vzw data widget installed so they can manage their data that way.
