Verizon Wireless response to FCC ETF investigation

I know at least two people who have had charges on their phones for accidentally accessing the Mobile Web application, so that response is really a bit ridiculous. As for the early termination fees, it's almost just expected nowadays. It's not something I really concern myself with.
 
As long as there is full disclosure prior to purchase then let the buyer beware. Although the ETF is high, I plan to stick with VZW because of there excellent coverage.
