Verizon's update to 2.3.4 un-rooted my phone.

I'm a bit afraid to even bring up rooting, because I know there has been so much out there already. My Motorola Droid 3 from Verizon was rooted until I updated to 2.3.4. I've spend several days scouring many sites and have tried several methods (Pete's, Superoneclick, Gingerbreak, etc.) but nothing works.

It runs so poorly now.

Does anyone have a magic bullet for me? Soon I'm going to fix it with my new KelTec PF9.

OMG, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I was going nuts. I was actually convinced this wasn't go to work either. I cheered out loud when it worked. Or maybe that was the same time Phillip Phillips won American Idol. Anyway, thank you.
