verizonwireless.com -- WEIRD Behavior and Wrong Price?

Trying to upgrade primary line of family plan to Droid Incredible 2 from Eris. Price says $99.99. But when I add to cart, a few weird things happen:

1. I get shifted to preorder.verizonwireless.com and my browser title says "Verizon Wireless - [cobain52]" or "Verizon Wireless - [ozzy54]".

2. It asks me to sign in again, and it will proceed even if I put junk in the username/password boxes.

3. The price is then listed as $149.99. WTF!

Anyone else seeing this?

I tried to track an order this morning and it said the site was having technical difficulties. I called and got the info over the phone...I would suggest you call them too
