Help very annoying auto volume problem

Matrix Leader

Android Enthusiast
When im on a call, the volume goes down to 20% autoatically, if i raise the volume to 100% and then if i switch the phone to hear from my right ear instead of the left ear for example the volume goes all the way down to 20% again and i have to manually raise it

this is very annoying since i switch between ears a lot during long calls

please help how can i disable this annoying feature

thanks

Until you work out how to stop the volume turning down, at least you can stop it changing again when you swap ears by turning off the motion detection related to that. It's probably the one that calls a contact automatically from a text or selected contact - Direct Call.

but I like that feature :(

I just want to figure out why does the volume turn down to 20% everytime I move the handset away from my ear :(
