Very Difficult for first time posters

This forum makes it extremely difficult to post your first message. All I'm trying to do is say thank you to a customer that purchased our product and we keep getting a limitation that we're spamming? LOL

We have Google Alerts tell us anytime someone posts about our product and we like to acknowledge them.

Sorry for the frustration. Several months ago we were hit by a huge influx of spambots. One of the spam prevention protocols put into place was the first post requirement, which has helped us manage the spam and keep the forums relatively clean. It's unfortunate the legitimate posts such as yours get bounced, but it is one of the things we feel we must do for the good of the members. Thanks for understanding. :D
