Very disappointed in the Galaxy S2 - not it won't charge!

I am BEYOND disappointed with my Samsung Galaxy S2. My husband and I both purchased Galaxy S2's a couple of months ago and almost immediately after getting them I had trouble charging mine. The phone battery drains quickly, sometimes gets really hot, and then, started to not take a charge at all. I purchased a new charging cord and that fixed the issue for a while (the not charging - it still drains fast).

Fast forward to today - ICS installed about a month ago and was getting a new 'charging paused voltage too high' message. Right now - it's dead and won't take a charge at all.....from any kind of cord. I suspect it's the USB problem that I read about everywhere. I'm taking it back to the Sprint Store today to see what they say, but for a person who's job relies on her having a phone and access to email / internet all the time, I can't say how really disappointed I am by this. Prior phones were a Blackberry and T-mobile My Touch and I was pleased with both. I will never, ever recommend this brand or phone.

mine did that too i changed the charger and it worked and i got a new battery but a problem that im having is when i plug in my charger my phone freeze's and it opens voice command i cleared the whole thing (facotry reset) still does so angry this phone gets a -5 from me. please help

I have been to Sprint twice now because of battery issues. The first time they gave me a new battery, but it didn't help at all. My phone took 6-8 hours to get a full charge, then it would drain completely in 2 hours with very light use. I had to take it back today, also did a factory reset, and the battery is better along with a new wall charger.
