Vibrate not working on incoming calls or texts

My phone is rooted using the Odin and Root66 method.

I have Verizon 32 GB model.

Everything is great except one incredibly annoying feature.

My phone won't vibrate on incoming calls or text. I know vibration works because when i go into:
Settings > Sound > Vibration Intensity is set to high for Incoming, Notification and Haptic.

Silent mode is set to Vibrate.

I've read various articles and this is the only area I've been told to check. My father has the same phone which I rooted in the same way and his vibrate works on calls with the same settings.

Do you think that something in the rooting disabled it on the backend.

Try;

Settings > sound > Haptic feedback (ticked)

Settings > sound > auto haptic > make sure dialer + messaging are ticked

My s3 stopped vibrating all together. No haptic and when I go to vibration and change the type of vibration it doesnt vibrate in response, to show what the new setting is like.

Total cessation of all vibration.

Checked all the settings suggested here. Fairly adept at the controls.

Anyone hear of this? Hw issue?
