Help Vibrate Notification But No Text

Wondering if anyone else has experienced the following problem:

I receive a vibrate notification (I use Silent Toggle Widget).
No text received (verified with sender).

These are not new senders. I consistently receive texts from them. Just started happening over the past 3 days or so.
