Help Vibration and haptic feedback not working

The vibration and haptic feedback has just quit working on my acclaim. They were working fine one minute, and then they just stooped working. I have checked my settings and it says that they are both on. What can I do to try to fix this and what could be the problem?

Did you install an app that messes with those settings? Try to turn them off, reboot, then turn them back on and see what happens?

Thanks, I've tried that, but that is not the problem either.
