Help Vibration Feedback options are disabled

Hi, I've been working to finalize my settings on the GS6 and have run into a problem. When I'm in the Vibration settings menu the options for Vibration Feedback and Keyboard Vibration are disabled. I actually was looking forward to having a very mild haptic feedback setting. I've ensured that I do not have the Vibration Intensity set to zero, my Power Saving mode is off, and no other obvious vibration setting is overriding the option. Any thoughts as to why these buttons are fully disabled and locked into Off position?

Here is a screenshot.

The power saving is off and still the same problem. Its so annoying

I ended up resolving this issue.

I had previously had my phone in the power saving mode (set to turn on at 15% battery) and the phone had died. I had since recharged my phone and set the Power Saving mode entirely off. It appears that something did not reset at the phone dying and that is when my options became disabled.

To Resolve: I turned the Power Saving mode back on and set it to 'Immediately' (to make the mode actually active). I then turned it back off and the options were no longer disabled.

I hope this can help.

I did all of these things and my phone still isn't vibrating. It isn't grayed out like the screenshot ^. But this is very annoying. I tried everything, even a factory reset and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions
