Help Video App

Open up the 'Play Store' app on your Magna and install a 3rd party video player, compared to the default Android video player they often have more support for a wider range of multimedia file types. I'm going to suggest you take a look at either MX Player or VLC, I like both for their user interface features, back-end customization settings, and their ability to play a lot of different video formats. (Good support for different audio file formats too.)
