Video blogging - convert video ON device?

Hi,
I've been searching and not finding any apps that help me video blog from my Galaxy S phone.

As far as I can tell, one of the issues I'm having is that the phone records in 3GP format, which isn't compatible with many other sites (like WordPress). When I save in MMS format, the video upload works but the quality is crap.

So, I'm wondering is there an app out there that converts 3GP to MP4 that will run ON my device (uploading to my computer to convert videos completely defeats the purpose of mobile blogging).

I just post to you tube. Then I Jane a widget on my WP that converts the video link to the display format. Works well.
