video calls

hi all, me an my girlfriend both got the S3 on O2 pay monthly...one small problem we both can`t make video calls keeps saying...connection failed unable to make video call. try voice call....can anyone tell me where im going wrong? thanks

What program are you using to make the video calls? Tango has been working well for me.

Try with Skype video calls. High Quality video calling i done with out any connection failure.

Tango or Skype with a good Wi-fi connection or 4G should not have bad connection.

For the best Tango experience, please make sure both sides are connected to strong WiFi networks. Also, please make sure you and your girlfriend have the latest version of Tango installed.
