video chat on s7

Is this feature exclusive to galaxy s7 users only or is it only for a certain version of android? trying to figure it out since my family has androids but it doesn't seem to work.

The ATT S7/S7E have ATT video chat that only works with ATT people. Otherwise you can use Skype, Tango or any other video chat app.

Tmobile you can do video conf. but I read it uses your mobile data even if you're on wifi. My wife and I can do it as I have the S7 Edge and she has the normal S6.

We just use skype. It's free and it uses wifi so it doesn't eat my data plan up.
