Does anyone know if Fring or any other app allows you to do video to video chat between two android phones or between and android phone like the Incredible and the iPhone ?

There's an app called "Knocking" that's in beta in the market. It only does video, but it seems you can call first then start the app so that you have voice and video. Reliability of it seems kinda shaky so far though. It works android - iphone, so I assume it works android - android.
