A video advertising a video game called Fallout Shelter keeps re-appearing in my gallery after I delete it. What app/process is putting it there?!?

A video advertising a video game called Fallout Shelter keeps re-appearing in my gallery after I delete it. What app/process is putting it there?!?

Wish I could be of assistance but I've not experienced that issue. Can you take a look at my question regarding Air Command and let me know how it's working for you?

I've been getting this, too. I think that it's from a Tinder ad, but I'm not positive. Here's a screenshot of the file details.
