Video playback jerky and not working properly HELP! PLEASE (GS2)

Hi all just started having this weird problem video playback jerking tryed 3-4 different players all with the same problem ? avi files the videos are don't know why this suddenly's occured. Anyone please help or have any suggestions thanks in advance.

Happened to me on my thunderbolt and I turned it off and started it up again and out worked fine
