I'm brand new to this forum so I hope I have posted in the right area.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A connected to my home WEFI network. I have a Netgear ReadyNAS holding all my media files as a DLNA server. The problem I am having is that I can't seem to find a media player that can play files in a folder continuously - such as playing the next file in line automatically.
I had some success with SoftMedia AirShare app to get the files from my ReadyNAS, and then using MX Player as my video player, but all of a sudden MX Player stopped working. I have installed a lot of different apps but none will do what I want. I have tried Kodi, VLC and many more.
Can anyone advise me on the best solution? Is there one app that will both connect to the server and play the fiels continuously? Or if I need to use 2 apps, can anyone tell me the best combo to use?
