Video plays in slow motion

Why my all videos are playing in slow motion even in VLC, MX player, Facebook what's app etc

Well be sure to restart your phone and your router just to be sure this isn't because of some one-off glitch issue. Has this been a long-standing problem or did it just start to happen recently?
Are these video files stored locally, on your phone, or are is this an online, streaming video issue?

It starts recently.
All videos offline and online

If you haven't restarted both your phone and your router, keep in mind any fixes you attempt at this point may or may not be necessary. Eliminate probable sources first and then if the same problem is still there, work your way back to determine what's going on.
