Video Recorder With Automated Options

Ok long story short just got a new dog and he is very bad when he is home alone, but my wife believes it to be the other dog ripping stuff up. I would like an app that will record video and stop at 1 hour then immediately start a new recording a save them as separate files on the device and or SD card.

I picked an hour as it to me would be easier to scan an hour long video opposed to a 12 hour one. I tried the ip cam option didn't like it my internet is not fast enough to provide smooth video. and I mean it gets at best 7 FPS via the ip cam option.

Any suggestions would be awesome.

PS i'm using an old tablet I had lying around the ellipsis 7.

There is a viewer that contains Time Stamps if you would like to try it for Playback.
It is called RegistratorViewer.exe

it is kind of neat, in that if you have a bunch of short clips, and they are all named in a series, it will advance thru the clips. "optional", you have to turn that on.

on a second note I take it this not an android app as I'm using an android device and app would be more what I'm looking for.
