Video sound muted intermittently

One of the few complaints I have with my new At&t S3 is when trying to play videos on facebook and youtube there is intermittently no sound. My friend just got the Verizon version and hers does the same thing. She's in love with the phone (that I talked her into getting) but says the sound issue is driving her crazy...as it is me. I've found that if I go into task manager and clear ram the sound comes back. I think restarting the phone also workds. This happens probably 25% of the time I go to watch a video.

Other people aren't having this issue or is ther a tired old thread that I couldn't find???

I mean, whats the odds of two of us sitting right next to each other having the same problem and there doesn't seem to be anything on here about it?

So how is it possible that my friend and I have the exact same issue yet no one on this forum seems to have it??? I'm thinking people would be upset if their youtube and fb videos didn't have volume

You and your friend are the first reports I have seen of this problem. But I'm thinking it might be a bandwith problem. When you record video with your S3 and play it back how is the sound? also try to go to google play store and try to play a clip of a video some videos will let you view a pre-view.
