Videos keep stopping

My videos, you tube and downloaded, stop constantly. I have to keep clicking the start buttons constantly! How to fix?

I have a tablet which is about 3 years old. videos don't buffer.....they just stop about every minute. They work fine on my other tablet and my laptop, so internet connection isn't problem. Thanks!

Forgot to mention.....this problem just started a few days ago.

As you're posting in a Tab S thread, and as @mikedt referred to that's a very dated model (2010), most likely running Gingerbread so along with the OS itself, all its apps will most likely be out of date and unsupported too, creating a situation where doing anything online, browsing or streaming content. will be problematic.
But if you are using a three year old tablet, please clarify just what model it is and which version of Android it's running.

Ahhh, that makes things a lot clearer (despite Samsung's sometimes silly naming standard)

So is this problem occurring when using WiFi or mobile data, or both? Assuming you're using the Youtube app as opposed to the Youtube site via a browser, on a whim have you tried using your browser just to see if the same problem is happening?
Also, have tried clearing the cache for the Youtube app?
