Help videos on websites no longer working with ICS

Going on day two of running ICS on the Maxx and only one issue so far. When using the browser to view websites I can no longer view the videos on them. Like going up top and watching the YouTube video to side load ICS. I can view the video in the YouTube app just fine but not on the web page (same when using the Webtop app). Used to be able to on GB.

Any thoughts or ideas?

I believe you need to d/l flash from the play store for ICS to show vids.

Have flash player loaded and no luck. Will try uninstalling it and reinstalling it and see if that helps.

Hmm..guess now that I read..we're all screwed. Flash player no longer supported for Android 4.0.x. This sucks.
