Hello, yesterday, me and my friend we used my phone to make videos for a project but I accidently erased one of them that was necessary, it was on my internal storage, is there any way to recover it without root? :S I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S3
 
No. Internal memory is unrecoverable.

In future, look for "foldersync" on.play. if you have a NAS or a computer that's always on, you can have your entire sd sync'd
