Made this account just to ask this question, hope to get some help.
My mother asked me to download a video for her, which I did... But our portable Wi-fi unknowingly turned off due to the lack of battery and the download is interrupted. My mother doesn't know that and open the video.
Anyway after charging my wi-fi again and tries to redownload the video, I notice I can't for some reason.
I thought maybe I should delete the previously downloaded file first before redownloading it, so I delete the video... And soon my Mother's phone hangs. I didn't think anything of it at first and decide to just press the home button and tries to delete the video again.
Only to find ALL of her videos disappeared.
Any idea how to take them back? why did they disappear anyway? do I need to root to get them back? plz help and tnx in advance for every answer.
